Scotty began his entertainment career as a break dancer at the age of 12.
After several years of spinning on his head, he switched to spinning his wheels as a rollerskating waiter at a 50's and 60's themed restaurant!
Scotty is one of those entertainers who has done it all! He was a professional sports mascot and found success as a club DJ, then did stand-up comedy before breaking into radio. His unique combination of original voice, ability to connect, improvisation, innovation, and an authentic “all or nothing” view on relationships has captured the attention of audiences throughout the US.
On the radio Scotty has been been heard giving relationship advice to over a million people in cities like Pittsburgh PA, Orlando, FL, Lexington KY, Saginaw MI, Grand Rapids MI, Bloomington IL, Grand Forks, ND and many more.
Scotty's award-winning daily radio show in Pittsburgh was the most listened to show on the FM dial and one of the highest rated persons 18-34 afternoon show in the country!
In 2006, Scotty Gunther left his daily radio show to perform live and promote his first book, Scotty says...Why do people understand yourself by understanding others.
Scotty has over 2000 live performances in Los Angeles, Las Vegas, Detroit, Miami, Pittsburgh, Cleavland, Orlando and cites in 15 states. He has shared the stage with some of music's biggest names such as the Uncle Kracker, Michelle Branch, Grammy® nominated Bowling for Soup, and many others.
